Objective:
The client discovered my “Taletha” illustration and requested a personalized portrait in the same semi-realistic, painterly style. Their goal was a striking fantasy character piece that felt heroic, warm, and visually powerful while staying true to their original character design.
To bring that vision to life, I focused on expressive lighting and atmospheric contrast. The glowing sword became the centerpiece, guiding the viewer’s eye and shaping the entire composition. I used a mix of soft edges, bold highlights, and decorative costume details to echo the style the client loved, while developing the character’s unique presence.
