Overview
The goal of this commission was to bring the client’s original character to life — a fierce, frost-powered warrior with a distinctive mix of armor, magical traits, and personal accessories. The client shared multiple reference images for specific details, and the challenge was to merge them into a unified, believable design while preserving the character’s identity and attitude.
I began by consolidating all references into a cohesive visual direction, refining the silhouette and focusing on strong, magical lighting that amplifies her frost-based abilities. I incorporated her clothing, jewelry, and weapon details piece by piece, adjusting materials and textures to match the icy theme. The color palette was built around cool blues and glowing accents to give the artwork a powerful, enchanted atmosphere.

The Results
The final illustration captures the OC’s strength, mystique, and elemental power in a polished, high-contrast portrait.
